  • Our Yellowtail are caught just off the coast of LA around the Channel Islands however this iconic fish is famous all over the world, having different names depending on which country it's from, but all names being synonymous with incredibly high quality seafood. Yellowtail is high in fat and the high oil content gives the flesh a buttery texture. When cooked it has firm, large flakes and sweet flavor. Perfect for the grill however much more commonly enjoyed raw as sashimi and sushi.
